Asep Saipuloh or Ci Puloh was born on 12 February. Now he lives and works in Subang, West Java. He graduated from the University of Subang, West Java (2013). 

He visualizes four natural elements that are present around his house, which in Javanese philosophy is called "Sedulur Papat" (Four Relatives). In his opinion these four natural elements influence how those senses are made, from inside the womb (small universe) and even after birth (large universe). 

Ci Puloh exhibits extensively in Indonesia. Notable group exhibitions include “Winds of Change” at Redbase Foundation Indonesia, Yogyakarta (2022); Galeri Nasional Indonesia, Museum Nasional Indonesia.
