Li Hongbo was born in 1974, China. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Jilin Normal University, Jilin, China (B.A), M.F.A. Folk Art Department of Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing, China (M.A), and graduated from Experimental Art Department of Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing, China (M.A). He has been participating in various art exhibition like; “Base ‘RED’ ” group exhibition, at Redbase Foundation, Yogyakarta, Indonesia (2015), “BAZAAR ART Jakarta 2015” group exhibition, with Redbase Foundation, at the Ritz Carlton – Pacific Place, Jakarta, Indonesia (2015), “Paper – Existence” group exhibition, at Tianjin Art Museum, Tianjin, China (2014), “Once Upon a Time in Asia: The Story Tree” group exhibition, at Asian Civilizations Museum, Singapore (2014), “PaperWorks: The Art and Science of an Extraordinary Material” group exhibition, at Berkshire Museum, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA (2013), and many more.
